Each durable square tile measures 1m x 1m. This is more than enough space for exercise and play, or both!

These mats are incredibly durable, ensuring years of reliable performance. Liverpool Gym Flooring's foam mats are easy to assemble, similar to various other flooring options such as puzzle mats, foam tiles, garage tiles, and foam play mats.

Installation

The Installation of interlocking tiles is a straightforward process typically undertaken by the consumer. The standard procedure for installing these tiles is outlined below:

1, Prepare the Subfloor: Ensure your subfloor is thoroughly cleaned, and free from dirt, dust, grease, or debris.

2, Commence Installation: Begin from one corner of the room, starting with a corner tile. Add border tiles outward along the adjacent walls. Incorporate centre, edge, and border tiles as needed for your layout.

3, Address Opposite Walls: When reaching an opposite wall, carefully cut the tiles to fit the area, leaving a gap approximately equal to the thickness of the tiles. This accounts for potential expansion and contraction in response to varying temperature ranges.

4, Note on Interlocking: It's important to highlight that, in the assembly of interlocking tiles, adhesives are typically unnecessary. The interconnected weight of the tiles is usually sufficient to prevent movement. However, if there is any noticeable movement and you desire added stability, using double-sided tape or mat tape around the perimeter of the installation can help prevent any shifting.
