Boasting a 370L capacity, this ice bath is designed for full body immersion & is suitable for all body shapes & sizes thanks to the robust & secure 6-pole structure (which can be assembled in just minutes).

Innovatively designed, the ACESO Ice Bath features a triple-layered construction which provides an ultra-efficient thermal performance (increased even further by the included insulating lid). Before using your recovery pod, simply fill with water & ice (not included) until your desired volume & if you wish to drain the bath, you can do so via the user-friendly integrated drain plug. As well as an ice bath, you'll also receive a thermal insulating lid, all weather cover, comfort cushion, pump, repair patch & carry bag - allowing you to take your ice bath anywhere you like.

How to Setup

Cold water therapy works best when water temperature is matched by time spent, so for reference, see some examples below:

• 1°C - 1 minute submersion
• 3°C - 3 minute submersion
• 5°C - 5 minute submersion
• 10°C - 10 minute submersion

HOW TO ASSEMBLE:

• Insert the 6 support poles into the external layer
• Inflate the outer ring
• Fill your bath with water & ice
